This Privacy Policy explains how M4N Tech ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Passwords mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
Passwords is designed to be played with friends and we collect as little personal information as possible. The App does not require an account to play.
- Gameplay data: Game settings, selected categories, and team names you enter are stored locally on your device.
- Purchase information: When you make an in-app purchase or subscribe, we use RevenueCat to process and validate the transaction.
- Diagnostic data: Anonymous crash logs and basic usage analytics provided by Apple to help us improve stability and performance.
In-App Purchases (RevenueCat)
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous identifier generated by the App, the product purchased, and information about the transaction provided by Apple's App Store.
RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address, payment details, or other directly identifying information from us. Apple handles all payment processing — we never see or store your credit card information.

How We Use Information

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with the service providers needed to operate the App:
- Apple — for App distribution, payment processing, and crash reporting.
- RevenueCat — for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Data Retention
Gameplay data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App. Purchase records held by RevenueCat are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Children's Privacy
Passwords is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
